Travel Tips: How to survive long flights
There are two kind of people in this life, those who are able to sleep on a plane, the ones that just a couple of minutes after take off, they close their eyes and spend the 12 hour flight dreaming until they land completely fresh and the others ones, like me, who are not able to sleep at all and have to manage to survive those 12-13 hour travel.
In my short experience, I have already been to 4 transatlantic flights without being able to sleep more than 3 hours so I think I was able to develop some good tips and tricks on how to spend those long trips in a more pleasent way and I thought I could share them with you. So let's start!
1. Dress appropiately
We all know how important it is to choose a good outfit that it's comfortable for those long flight hours. Clothes can totally make a difference on how we feel on the plane, we need to choose something that is not super tight because that could really be a pain. So, I normally pick the same kind of outfit when I have to travel because I know it works for me. I choose a pair of jeans I have because they are so stretchy and soft that I don't feel any kind of preassure on my legs or on my waist. Another good option would be to wear some leggings or boyfriend jeans, both of them are super comfortable and a good way to travel in style. After that, I add a basic t-shirt and a leather jacket just in case I feel cold during the flght and it also makes the outfit more chic!
2. Choose your perfect spot
Where will you be seating on the plane is also another very important aspect to take into consideration. If you are on the group of people who normally sleeps a lot, the best thing is to seat on the window side. On the other hand, if you don't sleep that much like me your best option is to go for the aisle seat because if you're not sleeping probably you will be walking a lot to go the bathroom, or to go get some water, or just to stretch your legs a little bit.
The first time I travelled long distance, I was sitting in the middle and it wasn't a good experience because I couldn't sleep and there were many times I wanted to stand up just to walk a little bit but I didn't want to disturb the person next to me so there I leart it is better to seat on the aisle.
3. Look for some activities to do during the flight
Let's face it you are going to spend 12-13 hours up in the air, disconnected from the outer world so the best you can do is to accept that fact and to look for things to do while you're there. This will help you to keep yourself entertained and when you're having a good time, it will make the hours pass a little bit faster. So, if there is a book you have been dying to read, save it for the flight and read it there. Also, if you didn't have the chance to watch any movies or TV shows lately, the plane is the best moment to have a movie marathon because you don't have anything else to do! So, embrace that fact and enjoy!
Another thing I do on the plane is definitely listening to music. I always have my favourite songs dowloaded on my Spotify account so I have plenty of songs to play while I'm flying but also I normally check out the music the plane has on their entertainment system because you can always discover some good music there too.
I also tend to check out the pictures in my camera or phone to see if there are some that I can delete to make room for the new photos I will be taking when I get to the destination, and another thing I would like to try next time I fly is to meditate.
4. Talk to the people next to you
This would be my last advice, especially if you are travelling alone, talking to the people next to you will help you feel more relax and less awkward during the flight. If you're sitting on the window you will probably need to ask them to let you pass to go to the bathroom an so on. The same applies if you are on the aisle, you will need to interact with them so it's a lot better if you show yourself open and friendly, they will more likely be friendly and nice to you as well. This could also lead to a nice and interesting conversation with them which can totally make the time fly. And even, in the best of cases, you may end up being friends with them, which is something that actually happened to me so I definitely reccomend trying this tip!
So here they are, all my tips on how to survive long flights! I hope it has helped you and in case you have any other tip please share it in the comments, I would love to know!! :)

My Perfect Night In with Adore Me
When we are having a long day, full of meetings and things to do, what we desire the most is to get home to relax and re-charge our batteries. I always enjoy my time at home, it is my peaceful place where I can take care of myself, have some comfort, rest and prepare for another day.
So when I come back home after a long day, the first thing I do is taking my shoes off because it gives me an instant feeling of freedom and it helps me to start relaxing.
Then, I take off my make up and clean my face. It's like a nice little ritual to take away all the stress from that day and it also makes me feel fresh and renewed.
My next step would be to change my clothes and put on some nice and comfy pajamas. I really like basic pijamas, just a pair of soft cotton pants with an equally soft top because the important thing here is to feel the comfort, to feel at home. And as I was browsing through Adore Me website, I was able to find a lot of beautiful pajamas that look incredibly soft, comfortable and super cute and stylish, which is always a plus even for sleepwear. They also have amazing bra and panty sets which I am totally obsessed about because they are just so beautiful and they have a lot of different colors and styles to choose from!
So, once I'm all ready and comfy, I prepare a mug of tea and I go to bed to relax checking some of my friend's Instagram stories so I know what they have been doing that day or I catch up with some of my favourite Youtube channels. Lately I'm totally obsessed with Tamara Kalinic from the blog Glam and Glitter, she is one of my favourite bloggers because she is super feminine, chic and elegant and on her Youtube channel she shares all of her amazing trips, her monthly favourites, her shoe collection, and a lot of interesting things. I also watch another channel called Skyflygirl, which is an Emirates flight attendant who shares all her adventures around the world. What I like about these two channels is that both of them are always very inspiring and they share a lot of positive vibes and thoughts, so this helps me to go to bed with a positive mindset and motivated for the next day!
Hope you like my perfect night in routine and please let me know what would you include in yours? Also, here are some of my favourite sets from Adore Me, but in case you would like to see more I highly recommend visiting Adore Me Pinterest site for tons of inspiration ;)

Me encantaría saber, ustedes usan alguna crema similar? Tienen algún otro producto que me recomienden? ;)
I have never had a good skincare routine for my body. Usually, as I have a shower very early in the morning, I never have enough time to put on any kind of product on my body and in the evening, I'm usually too tired. Although I'm always taking care of my face skin, I find it very difficult to do the same with the rest of my body.
Therefore, shower creams seem to be a very interesting alternative for me because I can just apply them while I'm in the shower, rinse everything and I'm ready to go! I find them very practical now for the summer time because I don't like to be all sticky after my shower and with this type of product I go out of the shower completely fresh and moisturized.
So, last week I have found this Moisturizing Shower Cream at Isadora and I was dying to try it! Isadora is one of my favourite accesories store and they have just recently started to sell some very interesting beauty products, soaps, lip balms, exfoliating products, and so on.
This particular shower cream looked very tempting to me because it has almond and coconut oil and I have to say that after I have tried it, I'm very satisfied! The scent of this product is completely delicious, it is a soft mix of coconut and almond and the texture is very creamy. After I have applied it and rinsed it, my skin was super moisturized and soft without being sticky. Plus, the price was very affordable and it has a very good amount so I'm sure I will be using it a lot this summer!
I'm super happy that I was able to establish a good skin care routine for my body with this product! :) I would love to know, do you use any similar product? Do you have any other recommendations for me? ;)

Summer Must Have: The Hat
In the past few years, hats have become my ultimate favourite summer accesorie!! I think hats are so chic and glamorous, they will always make your summer outfit a lot more elegant and unique, even if you are just wearing shorts and a tank top.
In addition, hats are a total must for those hot sunny days because they protect your face skin from the heat of the sun and that's very important as well.
So those are the reasons why I love wearing hats so much! You probably already noticed that on my Instagram pictures. But last week, my favourite hat was completely ruined. I have borrowed my beautiful Panama Hat from GreenPacha to my mom because she was going on a trip to Iguazu falls and, unfortunately, the hat got completely wet and it lost its shape :(
Therefore, I started looking for some new hats to replace that one and I prepared this wishlist from Compañía de Sombreros to help me find a new one. They have some very beautiful designs and also all of their hats have a very good quality. So, when I'm able to buy a new hat I will show the one I have picked but meanwhile let's enjoy this hat inspiration and please let me know which one is your favourite ;)
I totally love this color!

Travel Obsession: Dubai
Image from @muradosmann
Hello everyone!! For today's post I want to start a new section on the blog which is called Travel Obsession. The idea of this new section is to share with you some inspiration from different bloggers and instagram accounts around the world of the places I'm obsessed with.
I'm sure many of you have gone through this situation, you start to get obsessed with travelling to a certain place and then you suddenly start seeing everyone on social media visiting this place and that is exactly what happened to me with Dubai.
Since the beginning of this new year, I have started to get a real obsession with travelling to this incredible city because I am totally amazed with the stunning buildings, specially the Burj Khalifa, which is the tallest building in the world and I'm sure it must be mind blowing to see.
I have also wanted for so long to visit an arabic country because I'm very interested in their culture and I really enjoy getting to know places that are totally different from where I come from. I think you learn the most of these kind of experiences, in which there is so much contrast.
Another thing I'm totally obsessed about is going to these tours in the desert. I'm really sure that walking barefoot in the sand in such a stunning and peaceful place like the desert must be completely breath taking and it is an experience I would love to have someday.
Last but not the least, Dubai is a great shopping destination which is also something I look for when travelling because you know I love to shop as well ;)
So I hope this post inspires you and I would love to know which are your current travel obsessions?

My New Favourite Nail Polish Shades
I was looking for some new nail polish shades lately and I'm very happy to tell you that I have found some really amazing colors last week. There was a special promotion in Farmacity Look, which is like my favourite beauty store here, so I was able to buy 3 nail polish and I just paid for two.
It was a bit hard to choose only three colors because there were a lot of amazing shades but I decided to get this 3:
The first one was Rimmel's 60 Seconds Super Shine and the shade is called "Gimme some of that" (335). I really like this color, I think it's super versatile and I'm sure I will be able to use it now in the spring but also when the fall comes it will still look great! This shade is super elegant and chic!
The next nail polish I bought was also from Rimmel 60 Seconds in the shade Coralicious (430). This shade I already had it before and I love it!! That's why I have bought it again. I think this one is the perfect summer shade, it's super nice, fun and fresh. It's a perfect mix of coral with a little bit of a pink tone.
And the third one was Sally Hansen Complete Salon Manicure in the shade Red my Lips (470) and I have to say that I really wanted a classic red color because you can never go wrong with red.
Red nails are the ultimate sign of elegance and they will make you look chic in a very easy way. So for me, it is a must to have a good shade of red and Sally Hansen products have very good quality.
So, these are my new favourite nail polish shades for the summer, I'm very excited to wear them! Which are your favourites?? I would love to know :)
