Gift Ideas: Zara's New Zodiac Collection

Now that we are in the holiday season, I think it's time to start thinking about some cool gift ideas for the important people in our lives. One of the things I love the most during this time of the year is how brands always come up with the most beautiful gift sets and every year they bring up new ideas. 

I love this kind of gift sets especially because they always include amazing packaging so you don't have to worry about how you are going to wrap that gift. It's the easiest way to gift something that you are sure the other person will love!

The other day I saw that Zara has recently launched a new Zodiac collection and maybe some of you already know how obsessed I am with astrology so besides buying something of this collection for myself, I'm sure this could be a great gift option for this holiday season. 

I also love it as a gift idea because I feel like is something a little more personal because you can gift something from that person's zodiac sign! And as I mentioned in one of my previous posts, wearing something with the symbol of your zodiac sign helps you to channel that energy and incorporate it into your life. Also, I find that these symbols are very eye-catching and great conversation starters. 

Zara's new Zodiac collection includes silk scarves for each of the zodiac signs which are so classy and their designs give me major Dior vibes because Mr. Christian Dior was also obsessed with astrology and everything magical.

There are also bag sets for each sign which include a bag and eye mask, a scrunchy, and a pair of socks. The bag and the eye mask have the zodiac sign embroidered which I find is a very nice touch. And everything comes beautifully packed in a box. That's why I think this could be a perfect gift which is also personal because it has that person's zodiac sign.

Winter Basic: The Scarf

La semana pasada me quejé en el blog de que los días fríos aún no habían llegado a Buenos Aires, pero como lo expresé en voz alta se volvió realidad y finalmente la semana pasada se puso muy fría. Ya estamos oficialmente en invierno en el sur y quería armar un pequeño post acerca de uno de mis accesorios favoritos: la bufanda.
Es, sin dudas, un imprescindible del invierno no solo porque nos sirve para proteger el cuello y el pecho del viento y el aire frío, sino que también nos permite agregar un toque de color o de estampado a nuestro guardarropa de invierno que, muchas veces, suele tornarse un poco más negro y gris.
Además, hay una gran diversidad de bufandas disponibles así que uno siempre puede encontrar el modelo que se adapte mejor a nuestro estilo. Por ejemplo, tenemos aquellas que tiene un solo color, hay con estampado escocés, con animal print o con distintas combinaciones de colores. Así que siempre vamos a encontrar una opción o más para nosotros.


Last week I have complained here on the blog that the cold weather hadn't arrived to Buenos Aires but as I said out loud it came true and last week was really cold here. We are oficially in winter in the south and I wanted to make a little post with inspiration about one of my favourites accesories: the scarf. 
It is a winter must have because it protects our neck and chest from the wind and the cold air but it's also an important piece to add to our outfits that allows us to put a pop of color or print into our winter wardrobe which can sometimes be more black and grey.
In addition, there is a great diversity of scarfs available so you can always find the one that suits your style the best. For example, you can find them in one color, in tartan print, in animal print, with different color combinations. So there is always an option or more for us.
