Holiday Season Outfits Inspiration

We are almost in December and we are quickly approaching the Holiday season and all those year-end parties so I was browsing for some inspiration to share with you and help you find your perfect outfit for this time of the year.
So for today's post, I wanted to show a new store I have just discovered, which is called FashionMia. This store has a very good selection of dresses for every occasion and I have found some very nice options for the holiday parties I'm sure all of you will be having! Also, this store offers a great variety of cute plus size dresses so it really has an option for everyone! 
Between my favorite dresses from FashionMia, I have found very elegant dresses with lace and flower details, a stunning long lavender blue dress and a gorgeous black and gold sequin dress which I think would be the perfect look for New Year's Eve.

I have also found some very nice casual dresses for every day. I'm in love with this beautiful shirt dress, I think it has a very nice shape and I love the colors. Also, another favorite of mine is this incredibly pretty sweater dress with the color of the season: red! The color looks so bright and Christmassy!

In addition, for all of you who are having cold days now, I know I was posting a lot lately about summer essentials but I have also found a great selection of womens winter coats on this website, which I highly recommend you to check. Winter coats are also a very important item to wear during this Holiday season. My favorite ones have a very classic style and neutral tones so that they are easier to incorporate into your winter wardrobe. But I also needed to include one coat with, again, the color of the season which is obviously red. think they look very elegant, chic and they will for sure keep you warm during this colder days.

Hace poco me contactó la gente de CNDirect para invitarme a conocer su tienda online. Después de recorrerla un poco, me quedé gratamente sorprendida de la gran cantidad de piezas cool y con mucha tendencia que tienen para elegir! Lately I have been contacted by the people from CNDirect and they have invited me to check out their online store. First Winter Outfit!

Los últimos días en Buenos Aires fueron bastante fríos así que tenía ganas de compartirles un post con uno de los looks que estuve usando últimamente. Para este conjunto, usé una de las combinaciones de colores que más me gusta para el invierno: gris y azul. Cada uno de estos colores se ven siempre muy elegante y juntos nos permiten que nos veamos aún con más estilo! Qué les parece? Cuáles son sus colores favoritos para el invierno? Se que hay muchas de ustedes que están con días de verano ahora, pero igualmente podrían compartir cuáles fueron los colores que estuvieron usando el invierno pasado :)

Last days have been very cold here in Buenos Aires so I wanted to share with you a little outfit post with one of the looks I was using lately. For this look, I used one of my favourite color combinations for winter: grey and blue. Each of them always look so elegant and put together they can look even more stylish! What do you think? Here is my poncho!

Finalmente pude comprarme mi poncho! Como quizás recuerden de mis posts anteriores, estaba buscando un poncho porque es una de las tendencias que tenía muchas ganas de probar. Tenía en mente dos opciones en particular y estoy muy contenta de haberme podido comprar el de India Style que era el que más me gustaba. Este poncho me parece absolutamente hermoso, me encantan los estampados geométricos y los colores que tiene. Me parece que es muy arriesgado pero elegante al mismo tiempo. Así que estoy muriendo de ganas de que haga más frío para usarlo! Qué les parece?

I was finally able to buy my poncho! As you may remember from one of my previous posts I was looking for a poncho because this is a trend I definitely wanted to try. I had two particular ponchos in my mind and I am really really happy that I bought the one from India Style, which was the one that I liked the most. This poncho is absolutely stunning, I love the geometrical prints and the colors. I think it's very edgy but still elegant. So I'm dying to have colder days to use it! What do you think?

Trend: Ponchos

Esta es definitivamente uno de los ítems que hay que tener para esta temporada de invierno. El poncho es una tendencia que ya se venía viendo en el invierno europeo y que me encanta debido a que, es una prenda inspirada en el campo argentino y que encuentro muy chic, elegante y versátil. Además, suelen ser muy abrigados para los días de frío que se vienen. Ya tengo un par de ponchos en la mira que me gustan mucho por la combinación de colores y el estampado geométrico que tienen. Qué les parece esta tendencia?

This is definitely one of my must have items for this winter season. The poncho is a trend that we have been seeing in the last winter season in Europe and I love it because, first of all, is a piece that's inspired by the Argentinian countryside and I find it very chic, elegant and versatile. On top of that they can be very warm for the winter days to come. I have a couple of ponchos already on my sight which I like a lot because of the color combination and the geometrical print. What do you think of this trend?

Quería compartirles un pequeño adelanto de las nuevas colecciones de algunas de las marcas que ya se pueden ver en sus respectivos locales. Me cuesta mucho pensar ahora en usar algunos de los hermosos tapados que muestran cuando aún el clima está tan caluroso pero es una buena oportunidad para ver cosas nuevas y empezar a preparar nuestras wishlists para el invierno.
Las tendencias que están proponiendo estas marcas para la próxima temporada son: detalles de piel sintética, botas sobre las rodillas, maxitapados y detalles masculinos, especialmente en calzado y otros accesorios como por ejemplo en los cinturones.

I wanted to share with you a little preview of the new collections some of the brands here in Argentina have already in store. It is kind of difficult for me to think about wearing some of the gorgeus coats they are presenting when the wheather is still hot but it's a good opportunity to check out new things and start preparing our whishlists. 
The upcoming trends that these brands presented for the next seasons are:faux fur details, over the knee boots, oversized coats and masculine details, specially in shoes and accesories, such as belts.
